Belt conveyor line

It is a conveyor-type assembly line equipment centering on PVC belt which is usually antistatic PVC belt, and its width and line length can be produced according to customer requirements. Frictional stacking heavy roller line

With reasonable structure, convenient maintenance, beautiful appearance and reliable operation, it has been extensively applied to automobile gearbox assembling, elevator motor tractor assembling, automobile engine, automobile drive motor assembly line as well as heavy transport, turning and detection conveyor line industries. 

Chain plate conveyor line

It is conveyor line equipment taking stainless steel chain plate as the supporting body. Chain plate assembly line can complete long-distance conveying under large loads. It is mainly applicable to mechanical product machining industry, home appliance assembling industry and hardware industry. Chain plate assembly line can also be used for machining and production of some furniture and building materials. 

Roller conveyor line

Roller conveyor line can be divided into unpowered type and powered type. It is mainly applicable to general goods such as conveyor bag, box and tray. Gaps may exist between rollers during the roller conveying process, so it is not applicable to fine articles and bulk articles. 

Speed chain line

Speed chain assembly line is a kind of assembly line equipment with great design, manufacturing and installation difficulties in the industrial automatic assembly line. Its functions are more abundant relative to other industrial automatic assembly lines. Suspended conveyor line

Suspended conveyor line structure is divided into C-type sealed rail and open die forging type. Sealed rail-type suspended chain undertakes relatively light load while open die forging-type suspended chain bears relatively heavy load, and the greater the pitch, the heavier the load they bear. This product features steady operation, high efficiency, large bearing capacity and low failure rate under continuous operation. This assembly line can arbitrarily swerve and climb and can adapt to all kinds of geographical conditions. It has been widely applied to product assembling, material support, drying, rinsing, spraying industries, etc.
